The Norwegian book I posted about a couple days ago arrived today! I'm in love with it, it's so pretty and full of interesting artwork (And stories, if only I could read Norwegian). It's heavy and big! Shiny sparkly details in the decorative artwork. This project means an extra special lot to me because my great grandparents immigrated to the US from Norway, and my great grandmother was a painter. She left money for me in her will to help me pay for college. That helped me attend the Art Institute of Seattle which changed my life. So having a part in this book feels so awesome! I've chosen just a few illustrations to post- their are many more but it would take all night to show them all. Cheers!
