Skating Rabbit

I found out that the turtle book release will be pushed back until Spring 2010. I was feeling a little blue and thought of a solemn, ice skating rabbit, for some reason. Feeling ok now.

I think I felt the baby moving today, just a tiny bit.

Your skating rabbit is lovely. Everything is a bit crazy in the publishing world right now, so I think there will be lots of books getting released later than planned. Your work is always lovely though, so don't get discouraged.

I'm sorry that the book has been delayed a bit - I can imagine how frustrating that might be, but hopefully it's for the good of the book. Better to release it later, with more attention and care.

Oh, we have to be so patient in this business.. don't we? It's hard sometimes. But it will come out eventually and it is going to be a beautiful book I'm sure! :o)
